Our aim is to meet the needs of each of our learners to prepare them effectively for adult life.
We do this through provision of a broad and balanced learning experience which promotes their educational, spiritual, moral, cultural, mental and physical development. Our ethos is to enable our learners to “Be all they can”
Buzz Learning Independent Specialist School delivers education to learners aged 11 to 16 who have special educational needs and/ or disabilities such as:
- Autism spectrum disorder,
- Cognitive and learning needs,
- Specific learning difficulties,
- Moderate learning difficulties,
- Communication and interaction needs or
- Speech, language and communication needs.
Buzz Learning’s College has been in operation since 2004, we deliver post-16 education programmes to our learners.
We encourage parents to be involved in their child’s education with us, as we believe working together is key to their child’s success. We will ask how much information parents want from us, how frequently you want it, and how you prefer to receive it (email, phone call, letter etc). Parents will receive frequent updates from staff and you will also be invited into Buzz Learning to meet with staff at least once each term, to discuss your child’s progress.
